Custom 24ghz FMCW Radar Sensor

I am looking for a custom 24ghz FMCW radar sensor. This sensor needs to have 180 degrees for 15 meters. I need the antennas to be custom designed and printed onto a PCB, with the microcontrollers, and other components programmed to work with the sensor. Triangular modulation is preferred. Down below is a video of the application the sensor is being used in. It needs to detect people and cars moving when the sensor is stationary; along with people and cars moving when the sensor is mobile. It needs to be able to distinguish the difference between moving objects and stationary objects. The sensor does not need 15 m detection for the full 180 degrees, here is a data sheet of a sensor that has the range and angle that I need, the NJR4266F3C1.
