Custom Sound Activated Relay Circuit Design

I need a skilled circuit designer to replicate a circuit board from a photo. I don't have specific dimensions or specifications, so you'll need to reverse engineer the board from the image. The primary function of the board is to facilitate a sound activated relay switch. I have noted in the image components that can be removed and simplified.

Remove power on switch so that when power is applied it is always on.
Remove L/R switch and 3MM audio jack and replace with a + an - audio in solder hole
Remove screw down blocks and just leave solder holes for both 12v - and + and the NC COM NO
The LED power could be a surface mount LED



Key Requirements:
- The circuit board should facilitate a sound activated relay switch.
- The switch needs to be triggered when the sound reaches a certain level. This level should be adjustable based on a sensitivity setting.
The board should be as small as possible
