Custom Raspberry Pi MMDVM HAT Development

I'm seeking an expert to design a bespoke Raspberry Pi MMDVM HAT for me. The device should be capable of transmitting multiple digital modes, including DMR, D-STAR, YSF, P25, NXDN, and FM. This HAT needs to run Pi-star and have FM capabilities. It should also be able to utilize various GPIO pins (beyond just the digital side) to interface with SVXLINK or Allstar for amateur radio purposes.
Key Requirements:
