Custom PCB for Loom Stats

I'm looking for a custom PCB to collect statistics from a power loom. I'm assuming an ESP32 could be used for this purpose.

Key components needed:
- Small LCD display
- 3 buttons for employee shift selection
- Reed switch input
- Optical sensor to measure woven cloth

I can handle the software part myself. Prototyping and manufacturing should preferably be done through JLCPCB.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in PCB design
- Familiarity with ESP32
- Knowledge of integrating LCD displays and various sensors
- Experience with JLCPCB for prototyping and manufacturing is a plus

Please keep in mind that this is a low-budget project.
