Custom Marlin 2.1.2.4 Firmware for RAMPS 1.4 Foam Cutter

I need a skilled firmware developer to configure Marlin 2.1.2.4 for my RAMPS 1.4 control board that's used for operating a foam cutter. The firmware must allow for two stepper motors to coordinate as the X axis and three stepper motors to act as the Y axis. Additionally, the firmware should enable the use of the extruder heater for wire heating.
