Custom LED Circuit Assembly and Delivery for Model Display
Budget: $300 – $600 USD
I am seeking an experienced technician to construct a custom LED dimmer circuit on a DOT PCB board and ship the final product. The circuit will be incorporated into an 18” tall model mounted on a 12" x 7" x 7" housing.
Key Project Details:
1. Construct a fully operational LED circuit dedicated to a dimming and brightening function with a cycle time of 10 to 20 seconds.
2. The circuit will include two red LEDs placed 5” apart at the top of the model, and an “On/Off” rocker switch situated at a specific distance from the board.
3. Power the unit with a 9V battery attached to the board.
4. Ensure that all components fit within an 11" x 6" area of the DOT PCB to fit inside the specified model dimensions.
5. Provide complete assembly including all wiring as per given specifications, ensuring reliable and safe operation.
6. Pack securely and ship the finished board to El Segundo, CA.
Deliverables I will provide:
1. Schematic
2. Bill of Materials (BOM)
3. Dimming cycle specifications
4. MP4 file of prototype tested on breadboard
5. LED Data Sheet
6. Wiring length diagram
