Custom Inductive Proximity Sensor Circuit Design

I'm looking for an expert in electronic design and PCB development to create a custom inductive proximity sensor circuit. The circuit needs to be designed to fit a PCB of custom dimensions.

Key project details:
- The output of the sensor needs to be both analog and digital.
- The sensor circuit will operate within a voltage range of 12V to 24V.
