Custom Indoor Pump Controller Assembly integration using off-the-shelf components

I'm seeking a skilled engineer to assemble a a custom indoor pump controller. The assemly needs to be assembled with the following components:
- ULN2003 driver board
- NE555 timer for a 10-second delay with a relay output for 450v
- 2-channel relay with NO/NC options, rated for 450v < 0.1 A current (less than 100mA)
The assembly should be packaged within an enclosure, complete with a terminal shield for connecting external wires. It's crucial that there's proper segregation between low voltage and high voltage components, and that an on-off switch is included.
