Current Sensing relay Circuit for Electromagnet

I am seeking a skilled professional to design and build a circuit that can sense current in DC mode, specifically for an electromagnet. This circuit will need to give a respective signal to stop or run the electromagnet, or another similar device like a hooter.
Key Requirements:
- The circuit should be able to sense currents of up to 150 amps.
- The output signal should be of the NO NC type relay.
