Creating electronic valve control module

Job ID: 31057834

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

The circuit to order for experiments in controlling the solenoids of a forklift truck using a standard forklift joystick. The task is to convert the output signal of the joystick circuit, changing depending on the direction of movement of the handle (up and down), into a smooth change in current through a pair of solenoids, separately adjustable by the direction of the joystick handle. Upward movement of the joystick handle should cause an increase in the current in the L1 solenoid (in accordance with the position of the handle), downward movement - the current increases in L2. In the neutral position of the joystick, both solenoids must be de-energized.

Specification:
1. Solenoid voltage: 40 - 70V
2. Solenoid current: ~.7A Max
3. Control signal 0(Off) - 2.5 (Middle position) - 5V (Max)
4. Input voltage for module: 40 - 70V.
5. Power for control unit for electronic control module: 5V - 200ma
6. 4 pcs levers emulation in total
7. Pattern signal (after discussion)

Result from work:
1. Prototype PCB layout
2. Working prototype board (PCB with placed element)
3. Layout for production (working) PCB layout(Gerber, Diptrace)
4. BOM
