Create software for a smart IoT power strip/board

I am looking for a freelance developer to create a smart IoT power strip/board for my project. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing IoT devices and be familiar with the following requirements:

Functionality:
- Remote control of individual outlets via an app

Power Capacity:
- Standard household capacity

Compatibility:
- Must be available on app store and Google apps

Additional Requirements:
- The power strip/board should be user-friendly and easy to set up
