Create a pcb based with BM138x chip on it controlled by UART

We need to create a PCB with BM138x chip or equivalent chip to mine BTC , we need a low hashrate it is for testing pourpose so max we can have 10-20 Thash , we need to have the pcb design and testing so we can make the PCB
