Counter and Digital Compass - PCB & Component Design

Please have a read through the attached specification. I'm very happy to answer any queries about it. My background is mechanical engineering with very little electronics experience, so the spec is based on my perceived expectation that it is technically feasible. I am receptive to feedback where you think issues may arise.

I'm particularly interested in anyone who can introduce me to a PCB manufacturer (China based ideally) to accelerate the process.

For clarity, we can flesh out the prototype cost in addition to the cost of the programming etc.
