DC-DC Converter Design for Battery Charging
Budget: ₹1,000 – ₹3,000 INR
I'm looking for an experienced engineer with expertise in designing DC-DC converters. The converter will be used for charging a 4S Li-ion battery.
Key Requirements:
1. Convert input voltage of 18-24V 5A and 12-24V to an output of 16.8V 5-10A for battery charging. Already have 4S BMS.
2. Convert an input voltage of 16.8V from the battery to an output of 14V 9A.
3. The converter must function without a heatsink.
4. The charging profile must be Constant Current/Constant Voltage (CC/CV).
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in power electronics.
- Experience in designing DC-DC converters.
- Knowledge of battery charging requirements and profiles.
- Ability to design without the need for a heatsink.
