Control Panel drawings and PLC I/O list

I am looking for a freelancer who can create control panel drawings and a PLC I/O list for my project. The ideal candidate should have experience in electrical schematics and layout drawings.
Requirements:
- Create detailed control panel drawings
- Develop a PLC I/O list based on my detailed specifications
Skills and Experience: Experience with instrument and controls in the field of water and waste water. Experience with Direct Logic PLC Helpful.
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics and layout drawings
- Proficiency in creating PLC I/O lists based on detailed specifications
Note: The freelancer will not be required to assist with programming the PLC according to the I/O list, as I will handle that myself.
