Consumer Electronics Motor Assembly Design -- 2

I'm in need of a skilled and knowledgeable engineer with expertise in motor assembly design. Specifically, you should be familiar with a variety of motors including AC, DC, combined, brushless, geared and also in micro controller design and deployment. I want a simple design with recommendations on motors that can handle at least 10kg of weight and rotate at 30 rpm. Preference for brushless motors.

The bucket that needs to rotate would weight 10kg. Top radius is 24 inch diameter at top and 7 inch diameter at the bottom. Height of bucket 34 inches.
