Concept on MES Architecture

I am looking for someone to develop a concept on Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Architecture. The primary purpose of the system would be to facilitate Production Control. The specific functions required would be related to Data Collection and Analysis. The system I need should be a Standalone System with limited or no integration with other systems.
The MES architecture would need to be comprehensive and cutting edge. It should account for use cases for digital twin technology as well as resources, like physical machines and software applications which can be integrated.
The scope should include authorization models, data analytics and data management, communication protocols and system architectures.
The deliverables should include all architectures, designs, reports and presentations related to this project.
The specialist I am looking for needs to have expertise in architecture and design of distributed systems, and be familiar with advancements in Industry 4.0 technologies.
