Complex machine control circuit with MCU Integration and PCB Layout

I need a detailed project proposal for a schematic to PCB layout involving STM32H7 MCU integration. The design must be done in Altium Designer.

We've generated a schematic (attached) for machine control that has:
21 x inputs
28 x outputs
4 x UART
2 x I2C
3 x RS485
2 x CANbus
4 x Ethernet
4 x SPI
??? x TFT LCD touch integration

We need an experienced engineer to integrate an STM32H7 MCU in to the schematic and assign the most appropriate pins for all the I/O. We'll need some guidance for the can, mod and coms.

Once a schematic is created, that shows all I/O for the MCU, then we'll need a PCB layout. This will need to be a multi layer board. ...we suspect 4 at this early stage, but mainly for grounding and noise.

We're happy for the engineers to make observations and recomendations for changes to the schematic, but we're not looking to replace components just because they're cheaper elsewhere.

Reliability, circuit robustness are critical as this will be used in multiple machines.

Requirements:
- MCU (STM32H7) integration (MCU specifics to be agreed)
- Pin assignement for all the I/O
- Circuit design and integration
- PCB layout

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expert with STM32 integration, pin assaignment (based on scehamtic requirements), help integrating TFT LCD
- Strong background in MCU applications and integration
- Proficiency in Altium Designer
- Experience with circuit design and PCB layout
- Attention to detail and accuracy in schematics
- Must have experience in CAN, MOD, ethernet, USB etc...

Please include your past work and relevant experience in your proposals.

Once the PCB is designed, we will be looking for a firmware developer to work with to get the system running with all the features. ...However, this is a second project, and the system design, does not automatically get you the firmware development as well.

The schematic is pretty basic, but there's a lot of it. ...just a lot of I/O, so I'm not expectuing this projec to be expensive.

Experience is critical to the project. I cant give this to a new post grad' who thinks he can tackle it without any real world experience.

We will need to see genuine examples of previous similar projects, and will look at feedback for other work very carefully.

I posted this project previously, but couldn't find an appropriate engineer to work with. I've added more detail this time to hopefully get a more qualified response.

Finally, the project will have multiple milestones and these will be agreed before we enter a contract. No payments will be made in advance, and milestones must be agreed before payment release.
If feedback is less than perfect, we may require milestone penalties for late delivery or bugs found.
