Using a ladder logic and excellent programming skills you produce a fully commented HMI/PLC program to interface and control a small water plant using
Omron CP1L-M30DRA PLC with a CP1W-4AD & CP1W-MAD-44 expansion units

The system contains
EM stop system
3 Pumps
3 water quality sensors (4-20mA) to be displayed in uS range 0-200 tbc
3 water pressure sensors (4-20mA) to be displayed in bar 0-25 tbc
3 VFD with full speed control (auto/manual HMI control 0-10V) displayed in Hz
3 tanks with High/low level sensors ( 6 digital inputs) screen display of tank status and system start stops
3 solenoids for valve control to tanks

The system is a small RO plant and the pumps will need to run and using the pressure sensors modulate speed to achieve and sustain desired water pressure set points on each of the stages (pumps). all the settings need to be adjustable on HMI)
the HMI is to be clear with a system overview page along with settings, alarm page and any other screens required
the system must be able to Automatically run when required with full start up and stop routines, The system must also have a manual function for valves and pumps for testing and fine tuning
Alarms and alarm handling pages to be clear with messages of the fault
