I'm looking for an expert in IoT and circuit design to help me develop a small (credit card size) IoT device based on ESP8266/ESP32. This device should control 4 lights and 1 fan with a regulator(off, on, 1speed 2speed), all of which can also be controlled by a manual switch or IR remote (optional).
Key Features:

- It should have a reset function triggered by switching the power on and off 5-7 times.
