Codesys ladder Logic design for Microcontroller

I am looking for an experienced engineer to create a codesys ladder logic design for a PIC microcontroller. I'm not sure if I need an extended version of the ladder logic or not, so expertise and guidance with this project would be appreciated. I am willing to allocate a medium budget for this design. Ideally, I expect someone with knowledge of Codesys and experience with microcontrollers.
