190 mm Circular LED MCPCB
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a single-layer metal-core PCB that is perfectly circular with a 190 mm diameter and will hold 21 high-power LEDs with the following details:
We have a requirement of Metal Core PCB for LED lighting with the details:
1. LED P/N: XPLRWA-H0-0000-000BF40E2
2. Lens Holder P/N: Carclo 10463
3. LED/Lens Quantity: 21 Nos
4. Dia of the MCPCB: 190 mm
5. Array: 3 Parallel rows of 7 LEDs in each row.
6. Input Tracks: 3 sets; one positive and one negative for each row of 7 LEDs to give flexibility on how many rows we want to glow.
7. LEDs to be positioned in 3 circles, each circle having 7 LEDs
8. Each LED shall get 5A current.
Please note that the Thermal performance is critical, so the copper layout must give each LED an identical, low-impedance path to the aluminium core while keeping trace lengths short and current density balanced.
Please arrange the LEDs symmetrically, leave room for standard optic holders, and include generous copper pours for heat spreading.
The board will run at high current (Each LED shall get 5A current) , so please pay close attention to trace width, clearance, and solder-mask dams.
Deliverables
• Schematic and full board layout
• Gerber and drill files ready for fabrication
• PCB stack-up notes (dielectric thickness, copper weight, recommended solder mask colour)
• Assembly drawing showing LED polarity and part placements
Acceptance: the files must pass DRC at JLCPCB or an equivalent mainstream board house with no errors, and pad sizes must match the LED footprints I will provide once the project starts.
