Circuitry & Electrical Diagram with code required - Arduino Temperature Monitoring System

Job ID: 35122060

Budget: £20 – £250 GBP

Objectives: Create a circuity and electrical diagram with the code for an Arduino temperate monitoring system

Components:
LCD 2X16 IC
Green, Red, and Yellow LED
Alarm system
Type K thermocouple with MAX6675 Amplifier
Communication port between Arduino and S7 PLC
Peltier Component to cool down an electrical contractor
PID Control system for the Peltier cooler
The system is to monitor the temperature of an electrical component (contactor) with a Type K thermocouple, this will send information to the Arduino which will use a PID controller system to increase or decrease the current going to the Peltier system such that the temperature remains at a constant 45Degrees C, the system will allow the user to see if the temperature of the electrical component is within the allowed range.
Green LED ON when temp is between 30 and 55 degrees C,
Yellow LED ON when temp is between 56 and 65 degrees C,
Red LED ON when the temp is above 66 degrees C
More information can be given upon request

Must have circuitry-type experience
Make a diagram for the Arduino clearly showing wire and labels
Produce the code for the Arduino
Optional (Will pay extra) - Make a PCB for the Arduino
