Circuitboard for robot

I'm looking for someone to develop a circuitboard with motor control capabilities for a robot project. I want the robot to find my location and come to me when I press a remote controle button that sends a RF signals. The inbut to this circuit board would be from the RF antenna and the outbut would be a signal to a linear stepper motor to steer the robot weels While this project needs to be completed within a month, I am willing to be flexible and understand that this may take more time depending on the complexity of this project. If you have the acumen to design and develop a motor control circuitboard to my satisfaction, please bid!
