Circuit diagram bms 1s

I would like to make a 1S lithium bms circuit, this circuit must be able to measure the voltage, current, temperature and warn overvoltages, undervoltages. It must also be able to transfer the data to a central MCU type PIC16F in spi.
So please suggest me several MCU models for the bms.
All components must be available on the RS site
