Circuit designing

I am looking for a skilled circuit designer to create a power supply circuit for a capacitive load. The required specifications for the power supply are low voltage (1-12V). The ideal candidate will have experience in designing power supply circuits and have knowledge of capacitive loads. Other skills required for this project include proficiency in circuit design software and the ability to troubleshoot and test the circuit. The project timeline is flexible, but timely completion is preferred.
