Circuit design for high speed switch -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 SGD
I have a 1000v max. DC power supply and a 20vpp function generator. I need a circuit that can switch high voltage at frequencies starting from 1hz to at least 1mhz using the signal from the function generator.
Minimum requirement is replication of AC square waves at high voltage.
Ability to manually adjust the offset of output signal and adjust the current will be beneficial.
The circuit has to be capable of outputting upto 150w at peak voltage and handle operation for long hours.
