Circuit design Solar Battery Charger/Power supply

i am in need of a solar battery management circuit. The requirements are as follows: input from 2 solar panels - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08PNNMP9Q/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 These are what i currently have and are 6V 50mAh. Output - Charge a 2 cell 18650 x 5000mAh battery Output - provide 7.4 V for a device Output - 3.3v and 5v for electronics Output a signal (could be IIC or analog) for monitoring the battery Output a signal (could be IIC or analog) for live feedback of solar efficiency Output a signal for current usage of the 7.4V device looking for a Schematic that can be imported into EAGLE
