I would like a circuit that when switched on needs to apply intermittent pulses of power to a solenoid.
The solenoid is 12v, but I want to run the circuit on an 18v battery. So firstly I need the circuit to take an 18v input, cut it down to 12v, then apply power to the solenoid at a timing of 1.5hz (once every approx 0.66 seconds).
