Circuit board for testing Ws2811 string

Im after a testing board designed for ws2811 lights.
Have 3 dials for colours(r,g,b)
Another dial for brightness.
3 outputs for the connection, data, positive, negative. Support 3 amp power output.
A little display for number output, cpuple of buttons for starting, pause, stop and two dogit displays with a number pad to enter from and to integer for going throguh the light series.
I beleive there is a ws2811 framework for the running of the lights.
