We are looking for help with designing a PCB utilizing a Shunt to measure Ampere (and voltage) with Bluetooth sender. It should be very high measuring accuracy, reliable BLE circuit, temperature sensor to adapt calculations according to shunt temperature.
User settable/configuration of battery storage capacity (Wh) to be stored onboard
Onboard calculation of state of charge ( Wh minus/plus of in/out measured W)
Data calculation and BLE transmition minimum every 0.2 frequency
Data acquiring of Volt and Ampere and temperature
Onboard calculation of the other needed data by using the measured data
Minimum resolution +-0.01V +-0.01A +-0,1Ah State-of-charge +-0,1%
Accuracy minimum +- 0,03A +-0,03V
Should use reliable BLE circuit with a 25m range antennae.
Onboard memory should store history data (at least 1 year) accessible by BLE
Storing data • Volts • Amps • Watts • Amp-hours • State-of-charge
Power consumption less than 2mA at 12V but preferably 1mA at 12V
PCB should be designed to fit on the chosen shunt.
Firmware should be user configurable by BLE
Deliverables are PCB design with production instruction, firmware, BLE commands, testing of ready product for finding the optimal settings and updating firmware settings for factory settings.
Should fulfill accuracy and resolution minimum listed above.
Most important delivery should include full documentation of PCB design and firmware code with clear instructions for bluetooth developers
