Circuit Design

I am looking for someone to help design a battery-charging circuit for a specific application in which the output voltage and amperage can be controlled by a Single board computer like raspberry pi. The successful candidate must have strong experience in designing circuits for various applications, along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
