I/O Circuit Board Preliminary Study
Budget: €18 – €36 EUR
We are looking for master<->slave I/O Circuit Board solution for factory automation. Linux-based master will be connected to the slaves via TCP/IP. Messaging protocol shall not be proprietary format.
Slave boards shall
* include persistent writable storage
* have analog and digital inputs/outputs
* support addon I/O-modules
* have all I/O-ports shielded
* have at least 12-bit A/D converters
* use 12-48V logic voltage
* have at least 40A maximum output current (not per single i/o-port)
* support at least Lightweight TCP/IP (IwIP) stack
* have backup battery to retain configuration memory
* be EMI protected
As an outcome of this project there shall be enough specifications to move forward with circuit design project.
Slave boards shall
