NE555 IC Chip Board Design

Need an electronic /engineer designer to help me in a circut design to make the IC NE555 responds to a (IR Proximity Sensor) and triggers a relay on each sense of obstacle (Once ON once OFF).

The IC Should work like a toggle switch, taking input form the IR sensor instead of a push button.
