Certified PCB Defect Detection Expert Needed

I am looking for a professional PCB quality tester to detect various defects at the pre-assembly inspection stage in single layer PCBs.

Defects to be detected include:
- Short circuits
- Open circuits
- Spurs
- Spurious copper
- Mouse bites
- Missing holes

Ideal skills and experience:
- Certification in PCB quality testing
- Experience in pre-assembly inspection
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work within budget constraints

This project will contribute to the progress of my research that focuses on PCB Defect Detection, which requires individuals with a background in the Quality Testing field for PCB manufacturing.
