Topology for the CMOS ROIC have to be designed.We have to employ GMI (Gate Modulated Input) topology for the system design.
HgCdTe photodiodes along with circuit simulators will be designed for the detector model. All the detector information required for the ROIC design can be put in to the circuit model, e.g., the dark current, photocurrent, zero bias dynamic resistance, peak dynamic resistance, junction capacitance, etc
