I'm looking for an experienced engineer with a solid background in semiconductor physics and circuit design to analyze a CMOS inverter based on specific parameters. The goal is to determine the appropriate W/L ratios for the nMOS and pMOS transistors in order to achieve a switching threshold of 1.5V.

Key tasks include:
- Using SPICE with provided model parameters to plot the inverter's Voltage Transfer Characteristic (VTC).
- Assessing the VTC for different lambda values (0.05V−1 and 0.1V−1).
- Discussing the impact of nonzero lambda values on the noise margins.

Ideal skills for this project include:
- Proficiency in SPICE.
- Understanding of CMOS inverter design.
- Ability to interpret and analyze circuit behavior.
