Build a sequencer
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need to run 3 circuits in consecutive sequence at the rate of 60,000 cycles per minute. In other words, power must run through a single circuit, disconnect that circuit and connect the next (2nd) circuit, disconnect the 2nd circuit and connect the 3rd circuit, disconnect the 3rd circuit, and then start all over again, and do this 60,000 times per minute.
This is using 12 volts DC, 60 Amps. I also need a variable speed control for the speed of the sequences so that I can run it at a slower speed of sequences if desired.
I may decide to use 24 volts and 30 Amps instead of 12V/60Amps, or I may use a combination of the following. I am running this off of five - 12 volt, 12 Amp lithium ion smart batteries in parallel or sequence, to get the desired voltage/amperage.
This sequencer and speed controller that you build, must be as portable as possible.
