Build electronic circuit for a an electronic toy.

Hello,

We are in the process of building a toy company with investors and we are looking for quotes from electronic engineers.
We are creating a buzzer button that gives game instructions through a speaker, (so each time you press the buzzer button you get the game instruction step by voice through the speaker) we would like a board that times the game so towards the end, it tells you how fast you played.

For the prototype, we used very basic electronics with a teensy board connected to a speaker, the buzzer button, a battery, and a switch on/off button. I need an engineer to design the circuit board as we will not use the teensy board and find the right component for the speaker battery and others. The engineer will work on building the all electronic and we are keen for ideas as well to make it as simple as possible to use.

For the work delivery, we are expecting a prototype and a list of all the components we would need to build it, the PCB design, and how to produce it as well.

Therefore, I'm waiting for your quotes and would like to know how long it would take for you to deliver the work.
