Build me a electronic amplifier, frequency modulator & demodulator and a rectifier and also some other circuits on demand

My project is to build an electronic amplifier, frequency modulator and demodulator, and a rectifier, as well as any other small communication boxes (CBs) on demand. To complete this project, I need to use integrate circuits and any additional components or modules as necessary. The intended use for all these components is for wireless power transmission. All of the components need to be built according to safety regulations, and should generate no hazardous waste. I'm looking for a freelancer that has experience working with electronic devices, has a good understanding of wireless communication, and will be able to provide quality work in a timely manner.
