Build a Rectifier Circuit on ADS
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
I need someone with a solid background in ADS. I will provide the component values for the rectifier circuit. For the diodes I need them to model a real life diode (data sheet of desired diode attached). I do not require any design or analysis of the rectifier, I just want a function ADS simulation.
Diode specs on page 5 of attached data sheet.
Component values:
C1=C2= 100nF
D1 & D2 are identical (specs on page 5 of attached data sheet)
R_L= 2000 ohm
AC source will be connected to C1 and ground.
V_ac= 200 V at 2 MHz
Waveform should show input Ac voltage and output Dc voltage.
