Build Prototype Brushless Motors, ESCs, with Generators, Propellers and Test Them

We developed custom brushless motors with generators for our octocopter drone. We need someone to order the parts, assemble them, build prototypes. If the motors need to be redesigned after testing, we need to assist in the redesign. The motors are one motor on the top and another one on the bottom. Our own motors integrate the top and bottom motors in order to reduce space. We want the ESC to be integrated into the motors. We want own foldable 30-inch carbon fiber propellers (3 Blades) with a snap-on locking system for easy removal.
Our goal is one hour flight time with 30lb payload.
