Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Brix Sensor Project: Digital Output with ±0.1 Accuracy
I am looking for a freelancer to develop a (Refractometer Sensor Assembly) so we can integrated in a multiparameter instrument.
The sensor assembly must not exceed 20mm x 25 mm x 15mm (the smaller the better) but sensor must not be costly.
The sensor assembly should have the following requirements:
- CMOS or CCD sensor
- LED wavelength of 600nm or about,
- Triangular prism
Specs:
Minimum of 0 - 20 degree brix
precision ±0.1%;
resolution 0.05%
Output Method: Digital
One option would be TCD 1106GFG or DFT sensor
but we are open to other options
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in CCD, CMOS, sensors
- Knowledge of digital output methods
- Proficient in programming and circuit design
- Familiarity with calibration techniques
The finished product should be a reliable and accurate Brix sensor assembly that could be easily incorporated to a multiparameter PCB digital output.
Calibration methods should be included to ensure accurate measurements.
