Brightsign programming needed. Display image and send on/off commands to display via IR

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with a BrightSign programming project. I need the freelancer to be able to display an image and send on/off commands to a Planar UR9851 Touch (morning on, evening off) using IR port. I have the IR codes. I already have the XT243 necessary to complete the project, and I need it done within 2 week's time. If you have experience in BrightSign programming then I look forward to you supplying me with a solution that meets my timeline.
