Brake system simulation
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
Seeking a skilled freelancer proficient in simulating car brake systems. Need a 3D CAD simulation (like fig.1) that replicates brake squeal, demonstrating friction pad vibrations during low-speed braking. Also requires a graph displaying vibration frequency for future comparison when integrating an actuator.
In the second part of the simulation, the actuator inserted in a brake caliper piston should operate at a high frequency (10-20 kHz) to stabilize the disk-pad system, eliminating vibration-induced noise. Actuator Specifications: 800V voltage supply, mA-level current (flexible). Final graph (e.g. fig.3) required, comparing frequencies with and without the actuator to demonstrate stability.
