Board bringup continued. bootloader robustness, core features added and sensor/modules initalized

Continuing the work on the board, a few more features will need to be developed.
-getting all the modules/sensors up and running, (buzzer, led multiplex, accelerometor, gyro, haptic motor)
-MSC features added to the program (ability to move and copy files in program code)
-Low power mode (sleeping, hybernation)
-failsafe mode (watch dog timer reset if device hangs)
-verification algorithm to verify a program.bin is authentic (checksum? keycode? etc)
-various minor firmware functions to assist with ongoing general program development.
-factory reset mode (this may not be necessary) (test application that wipes and resets the flash memory)
-self test program, (a hex that can be sent to the manufacturer to test all the board features and determine failure preemptively, (power, battery, motors, accelerometor/gyro, lights, usb etc)
general assistance with software development questions i may have as we develop the firmware.
