Bluetooth beacon temperature sensor

We need a small temperature sensor that will be mounted under a home sink on the hot water pipe. When the pipe temperature hits 95 degrees F the device will send a signal approximately 3 feet to a receiver on the sink countertop.
The receiver will have an LED that will turn on when it receives the signal.
