Bluetooth Device to read data from Sensor via I2C
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for an experienced freelancer who can help me with my project titled "Bluetooth Device to read data from Sensor via I2C". The project requires the following skills and experience:
- Familiarity with Bluetooth technology and its protocols
- Experience in developing Bluetooth devices to read data from sensors via I2C
- Ability to work with the specific Bluetooth device that I have in mind
- Experience in developing short-range Bluetooth connections (up to 10 meters)
The project entails developing a Bluetooth device that can read data from an Air Quality Sensor via I2C. The device should be able to establish a short-range Bluetooth connection of up to 10 meters. I have a specific Bluetooth device in mind that I would like the freelancer to work with.
If you have the required skills and experience, I would like to hear from you. Please get in touch with me to discuss the project further.
A starting point is the nRF52832 Bluetooth Module from www.adafruit.com (MDBT42Q-512KV2). This module will be programmed to connect to a sensor that uses the I2C buss to set/read data. The sensor it will connect to is a custom built device that uses standard protocol of communication (I'll provide details).
What I need from you is the firmware/boot to have this device boot up, read the sensor, put the sensor to sleep. The bluetooth device will connect to another device (phone or other) to communicate this sensor data to.
I'll take care of the power management. Please review the details at adafruit.com to determine project scope.
