Bluetooth Commands

I'm seeking an expert in Bluetooth commands using the attached packet trace. This is for a bluetooth relay and the trace has one "on" command and one "off" command. I should be able to switch the relay on and off using the commands provided by you. I use the python package bleak to send commands.
