Bluetooth BLE encoder
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for a skilled freelancer to develop a Bluetooth BLE encoder for use with industrial equipment. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing low energy Bluetooth encoders with a focus on data transmission.
Key Requirements:
- Development of a Bluetooth BLE encoder for industrial equipment
- Emphasis on low energy consumption
- Ability to transmit data efficiently and reliably
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Bluetooth technology and protocols
- Experience in developing low energy Bluetooth devices
- Strong understanding of data transmission and connectivity
- Familiarity with industrial equipment and its communication requirements
Measuring rotational velocity using IMU (inertia measurement units).This will be ultra low power gyroscope & accelorometer capable of 4000dps and 30g respectively.the data from the Gyroscope and accelorometer must be combined or fused using a complimentary filter.in other words apply a high pass filter to the gyro data, and a low pass filter to the acceleromter. The result should be data which is both responsive, not subject to long term drift, and not as susceptible to vibration.
Use the filtered/fused data to approximate the angular velocity in revolution per second.
Use an ultra low power microcontroller like M0 for all processing
the approximated rev/sec data must be transmited wirelessly to a receiver via BLE
the BLE must be transparent, able to communicate VIA UART
Application to be battery powered , non-rechargeable
PCB Design to be done in KiCAD
PCB must be round with a diameter of 60mm max, the smaller the better.
Power consumption of this design should be such that when connected to a 2*Li 3.6 V 8.5 AH batteries it last for at least 365 days
